The Indonesian Institute of the Arts Yogyakarta (Institut Seni Indonésia Ngayogyakarta) is a state higher education institution located in Bantul Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta, Indonesia. ISI Yogyakarta was established based on Presidential Decree of the Republic of Indonesia No. 39/1984 dated May 30, 1984, and was inaugurated by the Minister of Education and Culture, Prof. Dr. Nugroho Notosusanto, on July 23, 1984.
