ANNOUNCEMENT OF THESIS EXAMS FOR THE ODD SEMESTER, JANUARY 2024 PERIOD

1. The Final Project (TA) exam will be held from the date 15 – 19 Januari 2024. Exam participants should adjust to the scheduled times.
2. Thesis Exam Registration on 08 – 11 Januari 2024 secara online melalui https://s.id/DaftarUjianTesis
3. Requirements to take/register for the TA exam:

• • Submit the final Cumulative Grade Report, stating that the applicant has passed all mandatory and elective courses with a minimum of 34 credits or as stipulated in the academic handbook. File naming => Name_DNKS.pdf, file size (max 1 MB)
  • Submit the original TOEFL certificate digital file issued by an institution appointed by PPs ISI Yogyakarta with a minimum score of 450 that is still valid (the validity period of the TOEFL certificate is 2 years from the Final Project Examination). File naming => Name_Toefl.pdf, file size (max 1 MB)
  • Submit the digital files of the thesis exam approval form along with the consultation sheet signed by your supervisor. Please download the exam approval form here. https://s.id/1ZFCZ and the thesis guidance sheet. The approval of the guidance sheet and the thesis approval sheet can use a digital signature application (signeasy) or a wet signature. File naming: =>> Name_Approval and guidance sheet.pdf
  • Submit the digital file as proof of completion of financial administration matters. For self-funded students, there are no outstanding tuition fees. You can request this from the finance department via WhatsApp at 081229929933. File naming: => Name_Slip.pdf, file size (max 1MB)
  • Submit digital files as proof of collecting thesis proposal revisions. File naming convention: Nama_Revisi Proposal.pdf, file size (max 1MB).
  • Submitting digital files in PDF format and printed copies of the thesis by (11 Januari 2024), and it is accompanied by a signed approval sheet.  Naming => Thesis_Name.pdf, file size (max 100 MB)
  • Submit a scientific article that has been published in a journal by a domestic journal publisher. Upload the journal in PDF format to Google Forms. Naming convention => Journal\_Name.pdf, file size (max 100 MB)

Hal-hal lain yang berkaitan dengan ujian TA dapat ditanyakan ke Subbag Pendidikan dan Kemahasiswaan dan jika ada yang tidak sesuai dengan ketentuan tersebut di atas akan ditinjau kembali.
