Thesis Exam Announcement for Odd Semester 2020/2021

1. The Final Project Exam (TA) will be held on January 4-8, 2021. Exam participants should adjust to the scheduled times.

3. Requirements to take/register for the TA exam:
4. Submit the final Cumulative Grade Report, which states that the applicant has passed all compulsory and elective courses totaling a minimum of 34 credits. Naming => DNKS_Name.pdf, file size (max 1 MB)
5. Submit the original TOEFL certificate and 1 copy issued by the designated institution of PPs ISI Yogyakarta with a minimum score of 450, which is still valid (the validity period of the TOEFL certificate is 2 years from the Final Project Exam). Filename format => Name_Toefl.pdf, file size (max 1 MB)
6. Submit the approval form to take the TA exam along with the consultation sheet signed by the supervisor. Please download the exam approval form here. and the guidance sheet Thesis approval and guidance sheets can use a digital signature application (Signeasy) and then be sent to the relevant lecturer's email after confirming their willingness. File name => Name_Approval and guidance sheet.pdf
7. Financial and administrative matters have been completed. For independent students, there are no outstanding tuition fees. Please request it from the finance department via WA: +62 819-0414-2666 with the naming convention => Name_Slip.pdf, file size (max 1MB).
8. Submit a softcopy of your thesis in PDF format to pasca@isi.ac.id. with the subject TA Odd Semester 2020/2021, by (December 11, 2020), and it has been attached with a validation sheet signed by the supervisor. The file can be downloaded here.   Thesis approval can use a digital signature application (Signeasy) and then be sent to the relevant lecturer's email, after previously confirming their willingness..  Filename => Thesis_Name.pdf, File Size (max 100 MB)
9. Submit scientific articles published in domestic journal form by journal publishers. The journal is uploaded as a .pdf to Google Form. Naming convention => Journal_Name.pdf, file size (max 100 MB)
10. Other matters related to the TA exam can be asked at the Subdivision of Education and Student Affairs.

If there are matters that do not comply with the provisions above, they will be reviewed.
