- Final Project (TA) Proposal Exams, according to the Academic Calendar 2012-2013, will be held from February 18 to March 1, 2013. TA Proposal exam participants are requested to adjust their schedules accordingly.
- Thesis Proposal Exam Registration is from January 28 to February 8, 2013.
- Requirements to take/register for the Thesis Proposal Exam:
- The applicant has passed all mandatory and elective courses with a minimum of 34 credits and a GPA of at least 2.75, with no D or E grades.
- Submit the final project proposal exam registration form, which has been acknowledged/signed by your academic advisor (complete with the advisor's name and 2 alternative names), no later than February 8, 2013.
- Has completed financial administration matters/paid the SPP for the Even Semester 2012/2013 (for independent students) and has completed academic matters (has re-registered and filled out the KRS signed by the Academic Advisor).
- The schedule and names of the final project advisors will be announced later.
- Submit 3 (three) copies of the Final Project proposal, 1 (one) week before the scheduled time.
- Submit 2 (two) re-revised Final Project proposals to the Academic and Student Affairs Subdivision and the PPs ISI Yogyakarta Library for archival purposes.
- Other matters related to the Thesis Proposal examination can be asked at the Education and Student Affairs Sub-division during working days and hours.
