To the Honorable.
Master's Program and Doctoral Program Students
at the Postgraduate School of ISI Yogyakarta.

It is respectfully announced to Master's and Doctoral Program students that the payment of tuition fees and the course registration period for the Odd Semester of 2020 - 2021 are as follows:

  1. The payment period for tuition fees and the registration of credit hours for students of the 2019 cohort and earlier will be carried out on August 18 – 28, 2020
  2. The payment period for tuition fees for students of the 2020 cohort will be held on August 24 – 26, 2020 and the KRS Registration takes place on August 27 – 28, 2020.
  3. For payment verification purposes, all students are required to send a photo of their proof of payment to the Postgraduate Admin's WhatsApp number: 0858-9008-5880, accompanied by the Student Number and Name for continuing students, while for new students, use the Number
  4. Students must submit payment proof to exchange for KRS cards at the Academic Section, starting from September 28 – October 9, 2020.

Payment can be made as follows:

Alternative Channel 1: Through BNI 46 Bank Offices

  1. Payment through BNI 46 branch offices and service offices throughout Indonesia.
  2. Mention the name of the University (PT) or PT code and Student Number for old students, while for new students use the Test Number. ( ISI Yk. Kode PT di BNI 9060 )
  3. After the following names appear, identity and billing are confirmed to be correct, proceed with payment in cash or by bank transfer.
  4. Once payment is completed, you will receive proof of payment from the bank, and at that time, the student's bill will be updated to paid/PAID.

Alternative Channel 2: Via BNI 46 ATM Machine

  1. Insert ATM card and process until the transaction menu.
  2. Select payment menu, select University, enter university code followed by Student ID for former students and for new students use Test Number (ISI Yk. Code 9060).
  3. University Name, Student Name and ID, and Amount Due.
  4. Once it is confirmed that the account has sufficient funds for the bill payment, then proceed with the payment.
  5. After a successful transaction, you will receive a payment receipt from the ATM machine. If the paper receipt Not printed, but the transaction has been registered in the account transaction history. You can coordinate this at the nearest BNI branch by showing your savings passbook.

Alternative Channel 3: Via Personal Internet Banking

  1. Ensure the account has been activated for transactions (financial) using internet banking.
  2. Select Menu Payment – Tuition Fees – Payment – Select University – Enter Student Number for old students, while for new students use Test Number – proceed with the payment process.

Leave Guidelines

For the Fall 2020/2021 semester leave for postgraduate students, the leave fee is waived. To take leave, please download the leave form below, fill in your personal details, and consult with the Academic Advisor for your respective Program. Once approved, please submit the leave form using the application. Signeasy.
