Diumumkan kepada calon wisudawan/wisudawati Semester Genap 2022/2023 Program Studi Seni Program Doktor, Program Studi Seni Program Magister dan Program Studi Tata Kelola Seni Program Magister PPs ISI Yogyakarta bahwa wisuda akan dilaksanakan pada tanggal 09 September 2023.
Registration and Document Submission
Registration is done as follows
- Mengisi form pendaftaran pada tanggal 13 Juli – 11 Agustus 2023 di laman: https://wisuda.ac.id/postgraduate
- Download the requirements file at https://s.id/1PEBP consists of
- Graduation Requirements List
- Graduate Candidate Biodata
- Master's Thesis Writing Data
- Statement of wearing hijab
- Print the requirements file (No. 2) and submit it at Student Affairs Office of the Postgraduate School of ISI Yogyakarta pada tanggal 11-18 Agustus 2023 jam kerja.
- Completing the SKPI (Diploma Supplement) form at https://s.id/1PEFs
- The graduate is preparing his bowtie on graduation day.
Diploma and Transcript Production Process
Certificates and Transcripts of Records will be processed after the following conditions are met:
- Graduation requirements (including journals) and graduation files have been met.
- Latest passport-sized photo valid for submission
- The writing of names and places/dates of birth on diplomas will be adjusted to the data on the KTP/KK.
- If there are discrepancies in the name and place/date of birth on your ID card/Family Card, please immediately confirm with the DIKMAWA Section of PPs ISI Yogyakarta.
Every prospective graduate of PPs ISI Yogyakarta is only given one opportunity to participate in the graduation ceremony in the semester when the student passes the Thesis/final project exam, and there is no deferment of graduation to the following period. If not participating in the graduation ceremony, their name will still be listed in the Graduation Book. It should be noted for all graduates that only those who have met all the aforementioned requirements are eligible to attend the graduation ceremony.

Note:
- Graduates must pick up their graduation equipment at the General Affairs section of PPs ISI Yogyakarta.
- Graduates are required to return the Graduation Robe and Cap. This can be done by using a delivery service or returning them in person no later than 1 week after graduation. A late return fee will be charged at Rp 1,000.00 (one thousand Rupiah) per day. Those who do not return the items by the day of diploma collection will be charged a replacement fee of Rp 400,000.00 (four hundred thousand Rupiah).
