Selanjutnya, bagi yang lulus/diterima, untuk menyatakan kepastiannya sebagai Mahasiswa Baru Program Doktor Penciptaan dan Pengkajian Seni ISI Yogyakarta tahun akademik 2014/2015, supaya segera mendaftarkan diri di Bagian Pendidikan dan Kemahasiswaan Program Pascasarjana ISI Yogyakarta dengan melengkapi persyaratan-persyaratan sebagai berikut:
- Summons from the Director or a photocopy of this announcement, stating the candidate is accepted.
- Mengisi blanko pendaftaran sebagai mahasiswa
- Submit 2 passport-sized black and white photos (3 x 4 cm) and 2 colored photos (2 x 3 cm).
- Sign a letter of willingness to comply with the regulations issued by PPs ISI Yogyakarta
Pendaftaran ulang mahasiswa baru dan pengisian KRS tahun akademik 2014/2015 dijadwalkan pada tanggal 25 s.d 29 Agustus 2014.
