Announced to prospective graduates of the Odd Semester 2022/2023 for the Master's Program in Art Studies, Doctoral Program in Art Studies, and Master's Program in Art Management PPs ISI Yogyakarta that the graduation ceremony will be held on March 18, 2023.
Registration and Document Submission
Registration is done as follows
- Fill out the registration form between January 25 - February 10, 2023, at: https://wisuda.ac.id/postgraduate

- Graduation Requirements List
- Graduate Candidate Biodata
- Master's Thesis Writing Data
- Statement of wearing hijab
- Print the requirements file (No. 2) and submit it at BAAK Counter, ISI Yogyakarta Rectorate and to DIKMAWA PPs ISI Yogyakarta February 20-24, 2023
- Completing the SKPI (Diploma Supplement) form at
- The graduate is preparing his bowtie on graduation day.
Diploma and Transcript Production Process
Certificates and Transcripts of Records will be processed after the following conditions are met:
- Graduation requirements (including journals) and graduation files have been met.
- Latest passport-sized photo valid for submission
- The writing of names and places/dates of birth on diplomas will be adjusted to the data on the KTP/KK.
- If there are discrepancies in the name and place/date of birth on your ID card/Family Card, please immediately confirm with the DIKMAWA Section of PPs ISI Yogyakarta.
Every prospective graduate of PPs ISI Yogyakarta is only given one opportunity to participate in the graduation ceremony in the semester when the student passes the Thesis/final project exam, and there is no deferment of graduation to the following period. If not participating in the graduation ceremony, their name will still be listed in the Graduation Book. It should be noted for all graduates that only those who have met all the aforementioned requirements are eligible to attend the graduation ceremony.
