On Tuesday, July 25, 2017 ISI Postgraduate received a visit from Thai monks in the series of A Seminar Project of Buddhist Administration in ASEAN Countries: Thailand-Indonesia which took place from July 24-27, 2017. This visit was attended by about 25 monks who were learning about art and culture. The group of monks wanted to know more about art studies and exchange knowledge about the perception of some symbols and meanings found in Thailand and Indonesia. The series of discussion events were closed with the handover of memories to the Postgraduate Program of ISI Yogyakarta. Next
The group traveled to visit Borobudur Temple and several museums in Yogyakarta.
