GRADUATE PROGRAM ISI YOGYAKARTA
DENGAN BIAYA MANDIRI YEAR 2013/2014
Announced that the Passed Selection as a NEW STUDENT CANDIDATE Program Studi Magister Penciptaan dan Pengkajian Seni PPs ISI Yogyakarta dengan biaya MANDIRI year 2013 is as follows.
For those who did not pass the selection, we thank you for your interest. Congratulations to those who passed the selection!
Selanjutnya, untuk menyatakan kepastiannya sebagai Mahasiswa Baru Program Studi Magister Penciptaan dan Pengkajian Seni PPs ISI Yogyakarta tahun akademik 2013/2014, supaya mendaftarkan diri di Bagian Pendidikan dan Kemahasiswaan Program Pascasarjana ISI Yogyakarta dengan melengkapi persyaratan-persyaratan sebagai berikut:
- Summons from the Director or a photocopy of this announcement, stating the candidate is accepted.
- Bukti Pembayaran SPP ( a.n Bendahara Penerima ISI Yogyakarta No Rek 0030440945 pada BNI Cabang Pembantu, Jalan Parangtritis Yogyakarta) sebesar Rp 5.000.000,00 (lima juta rupiah)
- Filling out the re-registration form as a student
- Submit 2 passport-sized black and white photos (3 x 4 cm) and 2 colored photos (2 x 3 cm).
- Sign a statement of willingness to comply with the regulations issued by the Graduate School of ISI Yogyakarta
Re-registration of new students and KRS (Study Plan) registration for the 2013/2014 academic year is scheduled for 26 Agustus 05 September 2013.
If you do not register by the specified deadline, you will be considered to have resigned. Thank you for your attention.
