Next, to confirm your status as a new doctoral student in the Art Creation and Study program at PPs ISI Yogyakarta for the 2013\/2014 academic year, please register at the Education and Student Affairs section of the Postgraduate Program at ISI Yogyakarta by completing the following requirements:<\/span><\/p>\n

  1. Summons from the Director or a photocopy of this announcement, stating the candidate is accepted.<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. Proof of Tuition Payment (on behalf of the Receiving Treasurer of ISI Yogyakarta, Account No. 0030440945 at BNI Sub-Branch, Jalan Parangtritis Yogyakarta) in the amount of Rp 8,500,000.00 (eight million five hundred thousand rupiah)<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. Filling out the re-registration form as a student<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. Submit 2 passport-sized black and white photos (3 x 4 cm) and 2 colored photos (2 x 3 cm).<\/span><\/li>\n
  5. Sign a statement of willingness to comply with the regulations issued by the Graduate School of ISI Yogyakarta<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    Re-registration of new students and KRS (Study Plan) registration for the 2013\/2014 academic year is scheduled for August 26 - August 30, 2013<\/b>.<\/span><\/p>\n
