File naming =&gt; Name_DNKS.pdf, file size (max 1 MB)<\/li>\n<li>Submit the original TOEFL certificate digital file issued by an institution appointed by PPs ISI Yogyakarta with a minimum score of 450 that is still valid (the validity period of the TOEFL certificate is 2 years from the Final Project Examination). File naming =&gt; Name_Toefl.pdf, file size (max 1 MB)<\/li>\n<li>Submit the digital file of the Thesis (TA) Exam Approval Form along with the guidance consultation sheet signed by the supervisor. Please download the exam approval form here. <a href=\"https:\/\/s.id\/1ZFCZ\">https:\/\/s.id\/1ZFCZ<\/a> and the thesis guidance sheet. The approval of the guidance sheet and the thesis approval sheet can use a digital signature application (signeasy) or a wet signature. File naming: =&gt;&gt; Name_Approval and guidance sheet.pdf<\/li>\n<li>Submit the digital file as proof of completion of financial administration matters. For self-funded students, there are no outstanding tuition fees. You can request this from the finance department via WhatsApp at 081229929933. File naming: =&gt; Name_Slip.pdf, file size (max 1MB)<\/li>\n<li>Submit digital files as proof of collecting thesis proposal revisions. File naming convention: Nama_Revisi Proposal.pdf, file size (max 1MB).<\/li>\n<li>Submit digital files in PDF format and the printed thesis by <strong>(<\/strong><strong>June 2, 2024<\/strong><strong>), and it is accompanied by a signed approval sheet.\u00a0 <\/strong>Naming =&gt; Thesis_Name.pdf, file size (max 100 MB)<\/li>\n<li>Submit a scientific article that has been published in a journal by a domestic journal publisher. Upload the journal in PDF format to Google Forms.
