{"id":10157,"date":"2024-01-23T08:28:01","date_gmt":"2024-01-23T01:28:01","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/pasca.isi.ac.id\/?p=10157"},"modified":"2025-01-29T21:17:53","modified_gmt":"2025-01-29T14:17:53","slug":"pelaksanaan-wisuda-periode-semester-gasal-2023-2024","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/pasca.isi.ac.id\/en\/pelaksanaan-wisuda-periode-semester-gasal-2023-2024\/","title":{"rendered":"Implementation of Graduation Period for Odd Semester 2023\/2024"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Announced to prospective graduates of the even semester of 2023\/2024 for the Doctoral Program in Arts, Master's Program in Arts, and Master's Program in Arts Management at PPs ISI Yogyakarta, that the graduation ceremony will be held on <strong>March 9, 2024. <\/strong><\/p>\n<h4><strong>Registration and Document Submission<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Registration is done as follows<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Filling out the registration form on <strong>January 23 \u2013 February 15<\/strong> <strong>2024<\/strong> on the page <a href=\"https:\/\/wisuda.isi.ac.id\/pasca\"><strong>https:\/\/wisuda.<em>ac.id\/postgraduate<\/em><\/strong><\/a><strong><em>\u00a0 <\/em><\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Download the requirements file at <a href=\"https:\/\/s.id\/1PEBP\"><strong>https:\/\/s.id\/1PEBP<\/strong><\/a> consists of\n<ul>\n<li>Graduation Requirements List<\/li>\n<li>Graduate Candidate Biodata<\/li>\n<li>Statement of wearing hijab<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"3\">\n<li>Print the requirements file (No. 2) and submit it at <strong>Student Affairs Office of the Postgraduate School of ISI Yogyakarta<\/strong> on the date <strong>February 5\u201313, 2024<\/strong> working hours.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"4\">\n<li>Fill out the diploma and SKPI writing form at <a href=\"https:\/\/s.id\/1PEFs\"><strong>https:\/\/s.id\/1PEFs<\/strong><\/a><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<ol start=\"5\">\n<li>The graduate is preparing his bowtie on graduation day.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<h4><strong>Diploma and Transcript Production Process<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/h4>\n<p>Certificates and Transcripts of Records will be processed after the following conditions are met:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Graduation requirements (including journals) and graduation files have been met.<\/li>\n<li>Latest passport-sized photo valid for submission<\/li>\n<li>The writing of names and places\/dates of birth on diplomas will be adjusted to the data on the KTP\/KK.<\/li>\n<li>If there are discrepancies in the name and place\/date of birth on your ID card\/Family Card, please immediately confirm with the DIKMAWA Section of PPs ISI Yogyakarta.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<p>Every prospective graduate of PPs ISI Yogyakarta is only given one opportunity to participate in the graduation ceremony in the semester when the student passes the Thesis\/final project exam, and there is no deferment of graduation to the following period. If not participating in the graduation ceremony, their name will still be listed in the Graduation Book. This can be done by using a delivery service or returning them in person no later than 1 week after graduation. A late return fee will be charged at Rp 1,000.00 (one thousand Rupiah) per day.
