We respectfully inform Master's and Doctoral Program students that the SPP payment and KRS period for the Odd Semester of 2023-2024 are as follows:<\/p>\n

  1. SPP payment and KRS registration will be conducted from August 7th to 11th, 2023, for students from the 2016 - 2022 batch.<\/li>\n
  2. The payment period for tuition fees and KRS registration will be from August 14th to 18th, 2023, for students of the Class of 2023.<\/li>\n
  3. For payment verification purposes, all students are required to upload a photo of their payment proof via the link.,\u00a0<\/li>\n
  4. Payment procedures can be found in the attachment to this announcement letter.<\/li>\n

    1. Procedure for Paying Tuition Fees (SPP) through a BNI 46 Bank Teller:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n
      \n
    • Students go to the nearest BNI branch office.<\/li>\n
    • Payment can be made in cash or by bank transfer.<\/li>\n
    • The student informs the teller of their student ID number to pay the tuition fees for the Postgraduate Program at ISI Yogyakarta. If the bank teller encounters data access issues, the student can assist by providing the following code information:<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      \u2013 96501 (Student Payment)
      \u2013 9060 (ISI Yogyakarta)
      Student ID Number<\/p>\n

        \n
      • The teller verifies the student's payment information.<\/li>\n
      • If the data is verified as correct, then the student makes the payment.<\/li>\n
      • After payment is made, the Teller will provide proof of payment. Please keep the proof of payment and send the soft copy via the link: <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n

        2. How to Pay School Fees Through a BNI 46 ATM Machine<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n
          \n
        • After the student enters the ATM card PIN, a menu will appear. Then select \u201cOTHER MENU\u201d.<\/li>\n
        • Then a menu screen will appear. Then select \u201cPAYMENT\u201d<\/li>\n
        • Then the menu screen will appear. Then select \u201cNEXT MENU\u201d<\/li>\n
        • Then select \u201cUNIVERSITY\u201d<\/li>\n
        • Then select \u201cSTUDENT PAYMENT CENTER (SPC)\u201d<\/li>\n
        • Enter University Code then Student ID Number, ISI Yogyakarta Code is: 9060. Example: 90601530104511, If correct press \u201cPRESS IF CORRECT\u201d<\/li>\n
        • Then a confirmation screen will appear. University Name, Billing Number, Student Name, Student Number, Faculty, and Billing Amount. If the data is correct, select \u201cYES, PAY\u201d to make the payment.<\/li>\n
        • Then select \u201cSAVINGS\u201d<\/li>\n
        • After the transaction is complete, a receipt\/proof of payment will be issued. Please save the proof and send it via the link: <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n

          3. How to Pay Tuition Fees via BNI 46 Personal Internet Banking:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n
            \n
          • Open the BNI internet banking login website.;<\/li>\n
          • Login using your User ID and Password.;<\/li>\n
          • Then enter your character code and click Login.;<\/li>\n
          • Select the \u201cTransaction\u201d menu;<\/li>\n
          • Select the \u201cPurchase\/Payment\u201d menu.;<\/li>\n
          • Select \u201cBill Payment\u201d;<\/li>\n
          • Select the \u201cEducation Fees\u201d option and click OK;<\/li>\n
          • Service Type select \u201cPayment\u201d;<\/li>\n
          • Institution Name select \u201cISI Yogyakarta\u201d;<\/li>\n
          • Invoice Number \u201center your student ID number\u201d;<\/li>\n
          • Debit Account \u201cSelect the account to be debited\u201d; then click \u201cContinue\u201d;<\/li>\n
          • until the Confirmation page appears containing: Bill Number, University Name, Student Number, Student Name, Major, Payment Details, Payment Amount, Admin Fee, Total Payment, Description, Debit Account;<\/li>\n
          • Then enter the BNI e_Secure Response obtained from the BNI Token; then click Pay.<\/li>\n
